Refund policy

If balldata Pro is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you will get the full amount back, no questions asked.

After that, you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days if you forgot to cancel and have not opened any Pro report since the renewal.

To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt email or to any newsletter issue. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method.
